In 2007, the Peabody/Lynnfield YMCA was completed on time and under budget by the general contractor that was awarded the project.  G&E Steel was hired to fabricate and install a miscellaneous steel package that included two sets of steel pan stairs and over three hundred feet of intricate steel railings adorned with wire mesh panels required for the interior lobby and the oval shaped elevated running track.  The package also included a steel pan scissor stair which served as the focal point of the décor of the front lobby.  As you can see in the following photos, the miscellaneous steel package was completed with great precision and attention to detail.
